This is the first time we have hired the Power Wash company. Cleaning project includes house cleaning premium and concrete, stone or paver cleaning basic. From making an appointment with efficient Irna to the high-quality power cleaning service provided by the technician, we are very satisfied with the whole process, which reflects politeness, efficiency and professionalism. Our yard was full of plants and flowers which made it difficult to clean the stone fence, but this gentleman cleaned well and did his best to minimize damage to the plants. When finished, the entire house, siding, yard fencing, and walkways looked immaculately clean. We will definitely use their services on future cleaning projects and highly recommend this company and their services to others. ~ Qian D

Update: within one day of my review below, I was contacted by the company. A couple of days later, another tech came out, confirmed what i said, and cleaned my deck off perfectly. He even checked with us if we were satisfied; which we were. I truly appreciate a firm that cares enough to be responsive to customer concerns. Original Review: The crew was friendly and respectful. I had the house and deck powerwashed as well as my gutter cleaned. The house siding looks fabulous and shiny. Unfortunately I don't have a before and after picture. The only complaint I have is that they apparently cleaned out the gutters last. Shingle gravel was all over the deck and deck furniture. I was able to sweep and blow it off after everything dried out. The gutters also don't look too cleaned out. Overall, I would hire them again but just not ask to have the cutters cleaned. ~ Michael F

We needed to power wash our house/property for a while now. Initially, we had hired another company, which we had a bad experience with. They were unable to properly clean our gutter trims, windows, etc. I then found PowerWash company via an online search and given their ratings I immediately booked them. Booking an appointment was super easy and they were very friendly. On the day of the wash, the technician was very informative and knowledgable about his work. Overall, he did a spectacular job and would definitely recommend this company to any family and/or friends! I will most certainly rebook with them in the future! ~ Vivek P

The technician, Henry, came out within the window of time that the company predicted. He was very courteous and explained what he would be doing. I was having my gutters cleaned and he went above and beyond by also cleaning the siding and roof. I emailed the company to find out the name of the person who completed my job and found out that he is the owner of the company. He was filling in for an employee who was sick so that the job could be done in a timely manner. I love the fact that the boss is in the trenches with his employees. The PowerWash Company representative, Rafal, arrived at our house on time and we discussed the work that I needed him to do. This included cleaning the three vinyl siding areas of our house as well as our composite deck. He was very careful and thorough in cleaning and told me to feel free to come inspect his work as he was doing it, if I wanted to. The work was done very well and I couldn’t find any areas that needed to be redone. He even cleaned the concrete pad on the storm sewer in front of our house. I rarely write review, but, my experience with PWC, is the exception. Everything from my initial inquiry to the finished job was extraordinary. My technician Raphal was polite, professional, and very committed to doing a complete and thorough job. Raphal, using their low-pressure cleaning process, removed stains that prior companies told me were impossible to clean. My home looks as good as the day I bought it. This is the ONLY Powerwash service we will ever use!! We have a 100+ acre campus with multiple buildings and the dreaded EIFS exterior is on ALL of them. The RESULTS they are able to achieve with their soft wash are unbelievable! Just as impressive was their high pressure cleaning of the concrete sidewalks. Not to mention their staff and customer service are PHENOMENAL. They are always on time, go above and beyond and HIGHLY competitive from a price standpoint. As a non-profit, every dollar counts! We are very pleased with the service provided by the technician in cleaning our sidings and fence. He was courteous, punctual and answered all questions related to the job. Clearly he was very knowledgeable about his work. I am attaching a picture of the siding after it was cleaned to illustrate this work. There is only one concern we have regarding the solution used for cleaning. It burnt the leaves of some of our plants near the siding. I waited to write this review until it rained, and I could see the results of the gutter cleaning. I am happy to say it does appear the work the gentleman did was a bit help. He was professional and polite and got the job done. He even repaired an issue in one of the downspouts much better than I had done. I was a bit taken back by an additional charge to replace 3 "gutter guards" that had fallen off as it was an extra $100.00 to replace three of them. Otherwise, I am pleased with their work and would certainly recommend them to others. ~ Jules L

This is a superb company. By far the best power wash experience I've ever had. The scheduling and getting a quote were all simple and efficient and done online. Their customer service representative Loza was helpful and answered all my questions thoroughly. Their technician Rafal arrived on time, was very pleasant and professional, and accomplished everything I asked for and more in a timely fashion. We had old covers removed and new ones put on our gutters. Making the appointment for appraisal was an easy phone call. The employee who came to do the estimate was on time, knowledgeable and friendly. We did not have to be home for the installation. The whole process was easy. The estimate appointment was a week from our phone call and the installation was about a month from the estimate date. This was because we scheduled during October, when all the leaves fall. So try to schedule during the off season if you are in a hurry! ~ Mary A

This is our second time using PowerWashCompany (formerly Henry's Housework). Their website is no-nonsense and provides services and pricing right there. Choose your menu items, check out, and you'll receive virtually immediate response from the company. Communication is timely and appreciated. They show up on time, are respectful to the homeowner, and do a great job. Their work is outstanding. Our house gleams now. Powerwashcompany.com was advertised locally by my homeowners association here in Gaithersburg Maryland for power washing. The community negotiated a pretty good deal which is slightly below the market rate for services inclusive of exterior power washing of the home which in our case is brick, as well as our deck. The home and the deck power washers are sold separately but you can bundle those items together. Scheduling was very easy and simply required a single form to be completed and emailed in to the company. Highly recommend! ~ Christopher P

Bravo, and thank you very much! We have 3 painted decks under trees (had mold) and flagstone walk ways that needed help. The two gentlemen who provided the power washing services were knowledgeable, polite and efficient. Although, there were a few tough spots they pointed them out to us right away and problem solved to make sure we were happy with the end result. Called them for a quote and within an hour I was able to get my pricing as well as an actual person calling back to confirm the quote as well as a choice of booking online or setting up the appointment over the phone. I managed to get the service done within 48 hours at the time I placed my very 1st call. The tech came out, also called me to notify me that they will begin the work. The equipment used was very efficient and it did a really good job compared to my previous attempts using a "pro"-consumer grade power washer. Their cleaning products not only made the job even faster, but used very little water compared to my own efforts. They washed the back side of my 3-story townhouse in less than 2 hours and the tech was nice enough to clean off my deck that I had a grease stain that lasted for almost 2 years that I couldn't get off. Amazing work and speed. Might be a bit little pricey compared to some others that you might get a quote for, but we are talking possibly a difference in $10 to $30 tops for a $200 job, I like that they are fast and thoroughly clean. ~ Keefe L

Great experience from the start. The automated estimate and quote system and scheduling was clear and simple. The technician was prompt and did a great job cleaning out the gutters along with restoring them to their original white/clean color. I had originally contracted just to do exterior windows and screens but when the technician arrived, he noticed that the interior could also benefit from Cleaning. So after contacting the office to see what the additional cost would be, I went ahead and did the interior also. We had unfortunately let our deck go a little long between cleanings. It was a bit of a mess. PowerWashCompany came in and did an amazing job of cleaning and refreshing the wood thoroughly. The downside of having a home nestled in a wooded area are the leaves that clog my gutters and downspouts during the fall. Scheduling my gutter cleaning cleaning with the Power Wash Company was a breeze. The technician did a great job cleaning the gutters and removing debris from the roof.
